Whenever we are driving home from northern Colorado we try to stop in Loveland at the Benson Sculpture Garden. It’s a lovely family freindly park to stroll through and enjoy the art. Every visit we find something new.
Close to the road there was a charming nude happily playing with a ribbon for no apparent reason. I was first struck by the proximity of the leafless shrubs that seemed to be poking her in her attractive bronze derriere.
Then Alan pointed out the bronze cowboy about 40 yards away that seemed to be ogling her.
I wonder if anyone noticed that when they placed the sculptures.
